| By deadlocking over DAPA, the Supreme Court has condemned five million immigrants to breaking up their families. SCOTUS has affirmed the right of Congress to impede a president of the opposing party. In the separation of powers debate, SCOTUS has come down firmly on the side of theory over pragmatism. I'm not sure, in the larger scheme of things, whether this is a good thing or a bad thing. |
