| Scalia would have a better argument if he hadn't been such an asshole in so many previous decisions. At this point, his whining and spitting just doesn't have the same impact.

Can you imagine having a co-worker whom you despise, who has been appointed for life, and cannot be fired? Talk about hostile working conditions! The most dysfunctional court in U.S. history. |

Don't be silly. Only liberals legislative from the bench. Conservatives uphold the Constitution. It only looks the same to people who hate the Constitution. And the troops. And apple pie. And... |
