Generally I love time travel movies, but this one (in Italian, with subtitles) is a little bit different. Instead of traveling backward in time, the protagonist travels forward, one year at a time, on his birthday. He has lived the intervening year, but he just doesn’t remember it on his birthday. His memory apparently resets to his birthday the previous year.
The premise is a little shaky, and not all that dramatic. He keeps finding himself older, wearing facial hair, having a baby, having marital problems that he does not remember. It's really not that different from living is it.
