Have you heard the old joke about the Seattle traffic helicopter that got lost in the fog?
The pilot flies around until he comes to a tall building. As he hovers in front of the windows he holds up a sign that says, "Where am I?"
The person in the building grabs a piece of paper and writes, "You're in a helicopter."
The pilot nods, smiles and flies directly to his destination.
How did he know?
He got technically correct information that was blazingly obvious and also absolutely no use to his situation. Therefore he must have been hovering over Microsoft's technical support building.
