Burger King is moving their corporate headquarters to Canada to avoid US taxes

What should be their punishment?

• As a foreign corporation, they should be subject to tarrifs and duties
  
• As a foreign corporation additional health inspections for every store
  
• Workers hired by Burger King should be exempt from US income tax
  
• Burger King executives on the 'no fly' list, not allowed inside US borders
  
• Advertising not tax deductable anymore

All of the above.

If corporations are people then can't we treat them like we would immigrants? Demand that they wait their turn and not let them have any of the perks of citizenship?

They should not be allowed to move any of their money or equipment out of the country.

They should pay the maximum corporate tax rates, with none of the tricky deductions.
