Trump's Tax Plan

Trump unveiled his new tax plan today, and darned if it isn't vaguely identical to Paul Ryan's tax plan.

You know, "tax cut your way to prosperity, deregulate your way to safe environments." Three tax brackets, no inheritance tax, markedly lower business taxes.

What's not to like?

A non-partisan tax group has estimated that Trump's plan will increase the deficit (or was it the debt) by a factor of forty.

What does that matter? America will be great again.

Could be. It's no doubt that Trump is very grating. <rim shot>

Donald Trump wrote:

I am proposing an across-the-board income tax reduction, especially for middle-income Americans. This will lead to millions of new and really good-paying jobs.

Show me the maths on this.

"Across the board" means a $10 reduction for working people and multi-million-dollar reductions for the wealthy. Like Bush's tax reductions.

Do these people not understand the connection between receipts and expenditures? Of course, the only expenditures they are concerned about are those for the people who really need it.
