R.I.P. M*A*S*H star Sally Kellerman

I came to M*A*S*H years after its cinema release, and didn't really like Kellerman's character or performance. But I think that was because I was old enough and "woke" enough to not appreciate the misogyny in the part. But maybe that's just me. I also don't really like "cringe" humor.

She looked good in the shower scene though. I too only saw the movie after being familiar with the TV series. I thought (and still think) the subject matter works better as a comedy (war is too horrific already) and the last half of the movie is a stupid football game.

Kellerman had a few other good roles (Brewster McCloud, The Player, The Big Bus, Welcome to L.A.) but she was no Loretta Swit.
