My wife brought home the DVD of this one. It is an absolute piece of crap. As expected, the special effects are outstanding. But the story line, the dialogue, and the acting all suck. It's a complete waste of time. Avoid it.

The "Star Wars Universe" is George Lucas's take on 1940's serials, transported into space. There is no subtlety or multi-dimensionality or surprises. If you go into it with this in mind, they can be an entertaining waste of two hours.

I'm well aware of what George Lucas has done. I really liked the first three movies. This episode, however, was not entertaining. It was what you might expect from the SciFi channel.
