All of India is under one time zone. It is twelve-and-a-half hours ahead of Seattle.

If you boil almond milk, it doesn't scald.
Also, reportedly, it doesn't need refrigeration -- although the marketers don't emphasize this point, because they want to compete with milk ... even placing their product in dairy cases in grocery stores.

In New York in 2015, two large manufacturers of almond milk found themselves in a class action lawsuit because there were hardly any almonds in their "almond milk".
