Oliver Sacks waited until late in his life to publish his autobiography (I don't count Uncle Tungsten) because some aspects of his life were kept hidden (his homosexuality, his drug use, his self-doubt) but like all of his books this one is warm and illuminating and extremely well written.
I've learned many things about him that I had no clue. The things he accomplished in life sound like enough to keep a dozen men busy.
