In the midst of an otherwise factual story about sexual harassment at Fox News, you get this absolutely jaw-dropping comment from Bill O'Reilly:

The audience for the ‘Factor’ is in the stratosphere, and we believe it’s because in a polarizing time, we are not doing the polarizing game

Bill is not stupid, so this comment must come from some titanic reservoir of self-deception.

It has been revealed that Bill O'Reilly has settled five recent sexual harassment suits, and has another one or two pending.  Two of his settlements occurred AFTER Fox News head Roger Ailes was fired after several allegations surfaced of his sexual predation.  

O'Reilly also just got a new 5-year contract from Fox News.

One wonders why O'Reilly was treated so differently from his boss.  It couldn't be ratings, could it?
