Did you read the article?  The military training facility is using the domestic abuse "no contact order" to prevent protestors from assembling at the plant.  They're being thrown in jail under the statute designed to protect abused wives.

IOW it'll be overturned in state court as soon as somebody has the time & money to fight it. They're undoubtedly counting on that not happening for a while.

Yes, I read the article, and was disgusted at the way they are misusing the law. But that is becoming more common in this miserable country.
