Romeo & Juliet Lawsuit Thrown Out

Leonard Whiting and Olivia Hussey have lost their suit over "sexual exploitation."
Let's review the facts:

1. The movie was shot over 55 years ago
   
2. Both stars were paid as actors
   
3. Both stars went on to successful careers
   
4. They weren't the first 16-year olds to bonk
   
5. What they did, on-screen, was to appear, VERY briefly, unclothed
   
6. There was implied sex but nothing that couldn't get a 'G' rating
   
7. The stars have remained friends for 55 years
   

So, yeah.  I'd have thrown out the lawsuit too.  Obviously just a cash grab.
