Did you know that most US "chocolate" can't be called chocolate in the EU because there's not enough actual chocolate in it?

I did not. I suppose most US chocolate is mostly butterfat and sugar, with brown food coloring? That's why I like bittersweet dark chocolate. Milk chocolate isn't "chocolatey" enough for me.
I hope they don't mess with the recipe for Toblerone though. Once in a while I enjoy one of those.

As far as I know, Toblerone is really Swiss, and although it has been manufactured elsewhere under licence, the US hasn't been allowed to mess with it.
