Poking around YouTube I ran across this 2009 PBS documentary. I did not know until I started watching it that it is based on, and features prominently, Sean Carroll, my favorite evolutionist, and his book Endless Forms Most Beautiful. It's a visualization of that great great book.
The first hour is pretty basic evolution, stuff everyone should know. The second hour however gets into the Evo-Devo developmental evolution which revolutionized biology.
With nice visuals and lots of cool footage.
And extensive interviews with my favorite author.
