Free will is too confusing a subject for me. All I know is that Joe plays a great game of nine ball. Well, not great maybe, but good enough to beat me every time. Eight ball, on the other hand, I give him some trouble.

Wrong.
Electrons do not orbit the nucleus. Atoms are not tiny solar systems.
I just finished reading a book on quantum mechanics and this 1950's visualization has been thoroughly disproved. Too bad the reporter didn't do any research.
