Leonard Cohen

Dead at 82.

Bummer.

A lot of people really liked his music.  I wasn't one of 'em.

Cohen wrote songs that were covered by hundreds of other artists. You have possibly heard and enjoyed his work without knowing he wrote it.
I was introduced to his music in about 1969 or '70 and never got over my admiration for his inspiring, thought-provoking lyrics. He was one of a kind.
