Yep, conservative hot buttons or dog whistle politics, whatever you want to call it. It's all about motivating the base.

The fact that NOT A SINGLE CASE exists of a boy using the girl's bathroom in order to spy on them, does not dissuade. This is a crisis, and executive overreach, an outrage.

I saw some broad interviewed on, I think it was Sean Hannity's show actually, who prattled on and on about the eminent danger. Hannity asked her, do you know what trams-genderism is? It's not a teenage boy putting on a dress. The interviewee was flustered, stammered, and then repeated her Rush-delivered talking points. There was no stopping her. Hannity threw up his hands and dismissed her.
