Documentary on Anita Hill's testimony before the Senate during the Clarence Thomas hearings. How she was put on trial, armies of staffers attempted to dig up dirt on her, the all white, all male committee generally tried to discredit her (exceptions: Ted Kennedy and Joseph Biden), and how she feels today about the grilling she endured for trying to bring some truth to the hearing.
Quite a few of her friends and associates thought Thomas's seat on the bench should've gone to her. Instead she ended up with her reputation in tatters and her career stalled.
There were several (at least 3 or 4) other witnesses who were there in the hearing room to corroborate Anita's testimony. The Committee chose not to call them.
I believed her then; I still believe her today. History has vindicated her. Thomas is the worst (or at best 2nd worst) judge on the court.
