| As my weight is still a problem, and my A1C has been creeping up over the years to now pre-diabetic levels, I have cut back to near zero on my dark chocolate intake. I still like the bitter, ascerbic, non-sugary stuff with low calories. Normal milk chocolate tastes cloying sweet now. So maybe I'm cutting out dark chocolate unnecessarily? |
