| He did. I found that amusing as well. The alt-right has such a unique spin on things it's sometimes hard to see reality from their viewpoint.
Friday Congress went on summer vacation*. Won't come back until Labor Day. Remember summer vacations? I never got one at any of my jobs.
* - Without having passed a single piece of major legislation. Much less anything on the president's 100-day agenda. After six years of obstructionism to a Democratic president, apparently Congress has forgotten how to do their job. With luck(?) the press will harp on this, and mid-terms will see a whole new body. |

| On the plus side: The Senate has unanimously decided to meet “pro-forma” over the remainder of the August recess, preventing Trump from making recess appointments.
