Guess the joke

I'll list the punch line, you guess the setup.

A: "No, but sometimes I'm a little sore afterward."

The punch line seems familiar, but I can't recall the joke.

How about this one:
"Okay, boys. Cut her loose!"

Ditto, I can't quite bring it up.

How about an easy one:
"I thought it was a pretty good trade."

That's much too easy for me.

Biker says, "I got a new Harley for my wife."

Alternative punch line is, "I'm gonna miss that woman."

Hint for the previous punch line: "Her" is a woman with epilepsy.
