Do the Republicans in Congress have a problem with the health insurance the taxpayers give them?

If the Republicans really have a problem with the VA health system (which sucks so badly that I've never used it) or with The ACA, all they have to do is pass a law giving every person in America the same insurance coverage that Congressmen have. Simple as that.
