Should this be "market-driven" or is there a governmental interest in preventing hate speech/hate action?

It may already be "market driven." I looked up the demographics of Enid, and it's 87% white. I think Oklahoma may be the last refuge for those people who find Alabama and Mississippi far too liberal.

There are laws against discrimination in public businesses, but they apparently don't apply where the wind comes sweeping down the plains.
