Most administrations have a signature achievement or maybe two, good or bad, that they're known for. Eisenhower had the freeways, Kennedy the Cuban Missile Crisis, Johnson was the Viet Nam war, Nixon Watergate, Ford -- uh -- nothing?, Carter the OPEC standoff, Reagan wrecking the future economic stability by eliminating taxes on the investment class, HW Bush the Kuwait war, Clinton blowjob, W Iraq and Afghanistan, Obama the economic recovery.
Trump? What, constant chaos? Appointing more unqualified judges than anybody else? Tearing down Obama's legacy? Letting Russia destroy American democracy? His administration, for all its constant turmoil and turnover, has been remarkably unproductive.
