Trump's Economy in Six Charts

It's just a week now until the Congressional stimulus to the airline industry expires, and they're free to fire 30,000 employees.

There will be much weeping and gnashing of teeth.

The follow-on effects will act as a multiplier.  Just as COVID spikes due to flu season.  By election day today will seem like "the good old days."

Announced today, 40,000 airline layoffs.  The follow-on from that is well over a million support jobs -- subcontractors, food service workers, airline catering, hotels & restaurants.

Disney laid off 28,000 workers today.

Boeing officially verified it's moving the 787 production to South Carolina.  That's 1,000 jobs, and a commensurate number of support jobs.

H&M is closing 250 stores.

October is shaping up to be a bang-up month for Republican economic policies.
