Monday I had a mulled apple cider in a restaurant, and it was wonderful. So yesterday when I ran across a package of mulling spices in the grocery store I had to pick it up.
Soaked a pinch in my instant cider (in my tea ball). It's good... but not as good as the restaurant cup. I'll have to try a couple different things to get that taste.
