Black Man Shot in his Car by MN Police

A driver stopped for a broken taillight was shot dead in his car when he reached for his wallet.

Something needs to change.

News is having a field day with this, and a point-blank shooting of another black man in Atlanta yesterday.

"The culture of policing" has changed. Militarization, and separation from the communities they "serve," and courts that have reliably sided with law enforcement in trials over use of force have all combined to make this a very dangerous time to be black.
