I suspected it had when so much money was drained out of the system with that last crash.
They (the wealthy) are prepping for the unrest to come. It will begin in places far away from the cosmopolitan cities. The rural areas, the backwater towns, border towns. The streets of Scotland will come before the streets of London just like the cops can get away with more in places like Arizona than they do in Manhattan. They know a critical mass is being reached. The police will be better armed, almost military like and they will be more aggressive and we've already seen some of it but we will see more.
