Typo Over Intent

What an amazing turn of events, when the House couldn't succeed in defunding Obamacare after 54 attempts, two Republican judges voted to invalidate subsidies in the 36 states in which Republican governors have not set up state exchanges. This narrow reading of the law, which obviously flouts the intent of the law, is a pyrrhic victory for the right, as the ACA is gaining popularity and by the mid-terms being against it will be a serious detriment.

Here's an interesting twist, Fox News is complaining that the ACA works!

Besides broadcasting the exact OPPOSITE message of what they intended, I wonder if what the GAO did is also a federal crime?
