Yesterday I bought a new bottle of ground cinnamon at the store. This morning I decided to make pancakes for breakfast, and uncapped the cinnamon and dumped a teaspoonful into the batter.
Except, as I replaced the cap, I discovered to my horror that it wasn't my new cinnamon, it was the red curry powder I bought last week. Identical bottles, identical color, identical-looking contents.
And you know what? Red curry pancakes aren't bad....
