Immediate grounds for impeachment.  As a judge in the court system, he's there to interpret Man's Law.  If he wants to invoke "God's Law" he needs to become a preacher. There's no such thing as Freedom of Religion if somebody imposes their religion on you, on the law, or on medicine.
