Fani Willis - Nathan Wade - Uh-Oh?

Fani Willis and the lead prosecutor on the George election interference case Nathan Wade are alleged to have had (to be having?) an affair.

Thing is, I have this vague recollection that this came up in September and was decisively debunked.  Am I remembering wrong?

Of course the allegation comes from Jim Jordan, so it's almost certain to be utter bullshit.

Relationship is real. Conflict of interest may not be there, but the optics are horrible. Fani, WTF were you thinking?

A meaningless decision.

All of the "discovery" has already been done in this case, so throwing the lead investigator off the case will have zero effect. Willis is now free to prosecute the ORC to the fullest extent of the law.

It's still a dumb decision because their relationship had ZERO influence on the case or the facts of the case. A smarter judge would have stopped there.
