Conservative parents across the country are burning books, either literally or figuratively.

Which is odd, considering the First Amendment comes before the Second Amendment, and these folks consider the 2nd sacrosanct.

Sarah Palin's anti-First Amendment lawsuit was just thrown out of court.  I'm really surprised it got even this far.  It was meritless and the speech was protected anyway.
