Solution to the Haitian Immigrant Problem

As you know, thousands of Haitian immigrants have been trying to get into Texas due to the horrific conditions at home (how'd they get to Texas?)

At the same time, Texas conservatives are trying to make The Republic of Texas into a miserable Third World nation.

You see my solution already, don't you? Ship all Texas Republicans (39% of the population of 29m, or 11.31 million people) to Haiti, and all the Haitians (11.26 million people) to Texas.

Two problems solved.

I like it. I bet most of the Haitians would go for it. The Texicans - no, I don't think so.
