| The Supreme Court, in a monumentally wrong-headed decision today, has declared that its own decisions are non-binding. I cannot even begin to imagine the mindset that would come up with such a contradictory and self-sabotaging decision. This will rank with Dred Scott and Citizens United as fatally-flawed decisions of a deeply, deeply dysfunctional Court populated by counter-judicial ideologues. |
