Happy Easter, everybody! The day when we celebrate medical misdiagnosis!
This morning I made -- or tried to make -- cinnamon rolls out of a tube of croissants. Instead of tearing apart the sheet into triangles and rolling them up, I cut the sheet of dough into strips, sprinkled with cinnamon-sugar, and rolled them up.
They tasted like cinnamon croissants, mostly. Still good though.
I had to apologize to Mrs NoCo for not putting enough cinnamon on them. I should have made a spread of butter and cinnamon, lots and lots of cinnamon.
Instead I apologized for using "minimum cinnamon." Try saying THAT three times fast.
