"Lock Her Up"

It's worth reminding ourselves of what, exactly, Hillary Clinton was accused of, which got her into the crosshairs of the radical right-wing and their incessant (to this day) chanting of "lock her up."

On December 5, 2014, Clinton lawyers delivered 12 file boxes filled with printed paper containing more than 30,000 emails. Clinton withheld almost 32,000 emails deemed to be of a personal nature. News reports indicated that the emails discussed "innocuous" matters already available in the public domain.

An FBI examination of Clinton's server found over 100 emails containing classified information, including 65 emails deemed "Secret" and 22 deemed "Top Secret". For example, the CIA drone program has been widely discussed in the public domain since the early 2000s; however, the very existence of the program is technically classified, so even sharing a newspaper article that mentions it would constitute a security breach as far as the CIA is concerned. An additional 2,093 emails not marked classified were retroactively classified by the State Department.

This in contrast to the Trump Administration, with 34 criminal charges (so far) and eight convictions (so far). Many more are in the pipeline.

Lock Them Up!

And it's not like Trump and his family aren't guilty of the same behavior.
