I always thought the oldest tree was Methuselah (at 4,848 years, or another tree like it) in the Inyo National Forest, but Peter Wohlleben says a tree in Dalarna Sweden, "Old Tjikko," is 9,560 years old. I guess the difference is one is a clonal tree, which is continually renewing itself.
