| Fires started yesterday and grew overnight. The city of Malibu has been evacuated, as they anticipate the fire going all the way to the ocean. In total, 75,000 homes have been evacuated. We are in the middle of a calm area. Hope it stays that way. The relative humidity now is 8. One of the fires has moved into Thousand Oaks. Poor bastards can't catch a break. |

| The fire to the north is now 100,000 acres and 20 percent contained. Nine dead and dozens missing. The fire to the south is now 70,000 acres. Zero containment. Two dead. Hundreds of thousands have been evacuated. - Quote :
- There is no reason for these massive, deadly and costly forest fires in California except that forest management is so poor. Billions of dollars are given each year, with so many lives lost, all because of gross mismanagement of the forests. Remedy now, or no more Fed payments!

| One town in northern California has been just about completely burned to the ground. 15,000 structures destroyed. Ironically, the town is named Paradise. |

The fire to the north is now 130,000 acres, 35% contained, 48 dead, 7,600 residences destroyed, and 15,000 structure threatened.
It's the middle of November! WTF?

| Last year, the biggest fire in California history (up to that time) was in December. So "fire season" ain't over yet. |

| You don't have to remind me of that. There used to be two fire seasons in California, now it's just one that lasts year-round. But we are sharing. According to NOAA, the smoke from the fires has travelled as far as Massachusetts. |

| According to my daughter, Brooklyn got snow yesterday.
The fires here are still nasty. Northern fire is 142,000 acres and 45 percent contained. 9,844 residences, 336 commercial and 2,076 other buildings destroyed. 15,500 structures threatened. 63 dead. Over 600 unaccounted for. Southern fire is 98,000 acres and 69 percent contained. 616 structures destroyed and 57,000 still threatened. 3 dead.

Yeah, they couldn't even get that right. Nasty slush on the ground, not picturesque snow. Thoroughly unpleasant. On the other hand, better than a fire. |

| No to Corvallis. I don't want to live in a flood plain.
Southern fire is still 98,000 acres but is now 82 percent contained. 836 structures destroyed. 3 dead.
Northern fire is now 148,000 acres and 55 percent contained. 9,844 residences, 336 commercial and 2,076 other buildings destroyed. 15,500 structures threatened. Now 71 confirmed dead and over 1,000 unaccounted for.
Air quality in the area has been called the worst in the world.

| Trump has solved our future problems. He says that the forest fires are caused because we don't rake the forests enough. Yeah. That makes sense. |

Would you kindly point out where I was complaining, rather than just posting data? There are now 76 dead in in the northern fire, and almost 1,300 missing. Pardon me if that seems like complaining. |
