Here are the weirdnesses here:
1) This looks exactly like an official PayPal email (the logos do not reproduce here), except
2) I closed my PayPal account last year due to worries about security, and
3) My name's not James Morgan, and
4) There are links here (not reproduced) that take you to a website not affiliated with PayPal.

I had to go out to my spam folder on the mail server to find this.
So far, the spam filter has caught every email of this type.
