Trumped Out

I was fairly involved with 2015-6's political race, thought there were some interesting dynamics in it, thought "where we go from here" after eight years of suffocating Republican obstructionism to Obama might be important.

Then the unimaginable happened.

I plan to be A LOT LESS INVOLVED in 2017. I don't care what the OH does, I don't care what the lefty press says about him, I hope I never hear another speech by the OH. It's not so much "burying my head in the sand" -- although there's an element of that -- but more "life is more than commissurating" over getting our asses kicked. I have other things I can occupy my time with, things that won't make me crazy with fear and regret.

America wants change. Fine.
