10 News obtained the lawsuit filed in U.S. District court on behalf of Michael Murray. His attorney believes a judge could award Murray up to $300,000 for the approximate 200 unwanted phone calls made to his cell phone.

I know how the man feels. At least ninety percent of the incoming calls on my land line are nuisance calls. One of these days I'll get rid of the land line, I guess.

I never used to answer the land line, I let the answering machine screen my calls. Then I got Comcast triple play, it lets me see the caller ID on the TV (if its on when the call comes in), now I can screen calls visually.
