| The various Hyperloop proposals popped into my mind this morning. Haven't heard much about them in the past 9 years. Is there anything happening? Virgin Hyperloop demonstrated a test capsule on a test track Nov. 2020: It got up to 107 mph on a 500 meter track. (Pretty girl, BTW.) Musk's Hyperloop proposals all seem to be in a state of suspended animation.Other routes have been proposed, in India, Dubai, Scandinavia, Russia, Netherlands, Canada, Czech Republic, South Korea and Mars. All seem to be highly fairy dust. So, in conclusion, the short answer is no. |
