MSNBC is reporting that enough uncommitted super delegates have now declared for Hillary that tomorrow's primary in California (and others) won't matter.  She has reached 2384, one more than she needs.

Bernie and his supporters will not be happy. If he does well tomorrow it'll be ugly in the trenches.

Well Bernie won North Dakota but nowhere else. Hillary has done it, she's the first woman presidential candidate from a major party.

She's vulnerable to many attacks. I fully expect Congress (Republican Congress) will somehow make sure she's indicted on a federal charge over her e-mails.

But no matter -- her husband was impeached and stayed in office. I doubt anything Congress throws at her will stop her momentum.

Trump, OTOH.... I think there's still a pretty good chance Reince Priebus will pull another candidate out of his hat at the convention.

Wow, Fox News just did an analysis of general election predictions, comparing Clinton's road to victory with Trump's road to victory, and concluding Donald's path is much more difficult, almost impossible. Clinton's is much more likely and logical and easy to predict.

From Fox!!!!

Why doesn't anyone ever point out that if Sanders had Clinton's super delegates, he would have won. It's significant that the Party-controlled votes are the determinant.

It's also significant that California, with about one-eighth of the country's population has no say in the nomination. That's absurd.

Howard, the avowed PURPOSE of super delegates is to have a hedge against choices by the general populace that the party bigwigs might find unpalatable.

We have the APPEARANCE of a democracy but only if our choices are approved by the party elite.

And the Wall Street backers are popping champagne corks today, as we have a Wall Street stooge running against a multi-millionaire real estate conman. Either way, the Wall Street Casino will win big time, America's retirement accounts will be transferred to about a dozen men, and our economy will crater even further.

Bernie's revolution has been stopped in its tracks, and not a moment too soon.

I am well aware of that, and have mentioned it before. My point was simply that it would be nice for the noisemakers to mention it. To make it clear to those paying little attention that the nomination process is rigged by and for the party.

And why is that such a good thing?

I was being sarcastic.  It's a good thing for Wall Street.

I'm back to reading "Griftopia."  It's making my blood boil.

I read that a few years ago. Just about anything written by Matt Taibbi can make your blood boil.
