I'm glad you guys out west don't have a climate change problem, just a government problem. I mean, it must be so, because Trump has promised to turn the water back on after he's elected.

Why enjoy a crazy conspiracy when there is real bullshit happening?
Of course, Trump plans to abolish the EPA, so that will clear up the Federal involvement.
