This is true, Americans are wholly not shocked by revelations of hidden overseas bank accounts.

Al Jazeera and BBC are hitting this story hard, but I haven't seen a single US report about it before this.

"If it adheres to the law" pretty much describes the rigging of the tax system. It's become so commonplace that Americans just accept it.
