Clarence Thomas's wife makes headlines for her radical right-wing social media posts. Can her husband remain fair, balanced and judicial with that kind of home life? Of course he agrees with her, 110%, but is restricted from speaking publicly. Should his wife have freedom of speech?

Thanks to the arrival of Barrett, Thomas may soon have the power to make such a view the law of the land.

Having seen him up close now, Amy Coney Barrett is horrified by Clarence Thomas.

Even Thomas is terrified by the building momentum to remake the Court. He should be.  He'll get knocked down a peg or two, as the prime culprit.

Ginni Thomas continues to make headlines for being, this time, opposed to the foundational principles of our country. She claims she doesn't involve her husband in her political activism, but she's no George Conway.

If Clarence Thomas dies, that would give Biden another nomination and the 6-3 conservative majority stolen by McConnell would suddenly become a 5-4 conservative majority.  Still a minority of liberals, but one seat away from taking back the court.  Alito is "only" 72 so barring an accident or impeachment it may take a while.

Jan.6 Committee is considering issuing a subpoena to Ginni Thomas for her role in advising Mark Meadows. If she testifies, her husband’s neutrality will be under question. If she refuses to testify her refusal could end up before the Supreme Court.

Calls for Thomas’s recusal or impeachment are growing.

The Jan.6 Committee is also signaling they may subpoena Lyin’ Ted Cruz. If that Pandora’s Box gets opened, there are 146 other Republicans who voted to overturn the election.

Can you say “Civil War”?  Can you say “Constitutional Crisis”?  Can you say “Putin’s Wetdream”?

In my mind, I imagine Justice Thomas having to vote on overturning Loving v. Virginia.

In my mind, I see him not having a problem with that.
