Turn Turn Turn Again

When you turn around, is it always in the same direction, clockwise or counter-clockwise?

I've begun to notice, for instance when working in the kitchen, that when I move from the fridge to the counter or the stove to the fridge, I generally turn clockwise.

Dunno why.  Earth's rotation and coriolis effect?

Is it because the direction of the appliance you are going to requires less turning?

I try to always turn counter clockwise, but that's because of a joint problem. I don't know if there would be a difference otherwise.

Certes, I haven't noticed a bias sunwise or widdershins.
