The crash of 2016 is not only a book I recommend, but it's a prediction I'm going to endorse. I firmly believe House Republicans will do all they can to stall the economy just before the election (July-August timeframe) to embarrass Obama and discredit the Democratic candidate. The convention is July 25-8.
The economy is already extremely unstable. It wouldn't take much to tip it into a recession: government shutdown, trade war with China, rise in gas prices, raise of the Prime, political trouble anywhere in the world.
This is one reason I accepted a lower offer on my dads house. I think next year the economy will tank again.
